Fort Collins Report Website Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fort Collins Report website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or functionality.

All user submissions are subject to moderation and removal at the discretion of Fort Collins Report.

4.1 Site Content: All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to articles, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Fort Collins Report or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content: By posting content on the Site, you grant Fort Collins Report a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of such content for any purpose related to the Site’s operation and promotion. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

4.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from Site content without express written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

5. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Collins, Colorado. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.

11. Changes to Terms

12.3 Waiver: The failure of Fort Collins Report to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 No Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Fort Collins Report.
