Share your voice on FCR’s opinion section:
Our Opinion section provides a forum for residents, community leaders, subject matter experts, and local stakeholders to share perspectives on issues affecting Fort Collins.
We welcome well-reasoned submissions that contribute to public understanding, encourage civic engagement, and foster constructive discussion. Opinion pieces may address local government, education, housing, transportation, public safety, environmental issues, community development, culture, and other topics of public interest.
The views expressed in opinion submissions are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Fort Collins Report, its editors, staff, board members, or supporters. Publication of a submission does not constitute an endorsement of the author’s opinions or conclusions.
The Fort Collins Report reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, style, grammar, accuracy, and length. We may also request additional sourcing or supporting documentation before publication.
